How Can I Keep From Singing?

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will host a hymn festival celebrating centuries of Christian song. Join in the fun of singing some of your favorite hymns, led by the Choir of St. Mark’s with Jon Johnson and David Heller providing organ and piano accompaniment – including some Gospel tunes that you will recognize. In addition to hymn singing, we’ll enjoy some choral anthems, vocal solos, and a couple of surprises! This musical celebration is a fundraising event to support the upcoming residencies of the St. Mark’s Choir in England at Salisbury Cathedral and St. Paul’s Cathedral-London next summer. There is no admission fee, but there are opportunities to contribute to the fund through hymn sponsorship at the festival as well as freewill donations. There is ample free parking in the church lots. Warm up your vocal cords and get ready for a fun and unique musical experience. See you then!
