During this Lenten season, we will hear personal stories of resilience and recovery from St. Mark’s parishioners and family members who have faced challenges, particularly around mental health. What kind of support from friends and family is truly helpful and loving? What do we need from our faith community when we’re up against difficult things? The five-week series will include a session with a panel of mental health professionals (submit your question here), and we will explore practical tools that will help us walk alongside a loved one who is in crisis.
