Music from St. Mark’s presents Evensong + with Sarah Silver Manzke, violin, and Daniel Anastasio, piano, on Sunday, June 4. The afternoon begins at 3:30 pm with a recital by Manzke and Anastasio that includes works by J. S. Bach, Shostakovich, American composer Kurt Erickson, and Fratres by Estonian composer Arvo Pärt. Choral Evensong at 4 pm, presented by the St. Mark’s Choir, includes Gerald Near’s Canticles on Plainsong Themes and Howard Helvey’s O lux beatissima.
