I participate in our common life at St. Mark’s by volunteering with the choir as tenor since 2021. I’ve also volunteered for Day of Prayer and Service and participated in several Mind the Gap gatherings over the years. Before joining the choir, I participated in the Rector’s Bible study which was a wonderful exploration of the Bible through the book, The Path.

Our core vocation encompasses many of my own passions, with the obvious one being music. I plan to continue my time with the choir, but also hope to share my expertise as a physician as well as my military leadership background. I’m looking forward to connecting and engaging with not only our parish, but our greater community.

My family and I joined St. Mark’s in 2017 and were immediately struck by the offerings of the church, the female leadership, excellent preaching, engaging formation, and of course, the music. My wife and I ultimately decided to be received into the Episcopal Church while at St. Mark’s. The friendships and community we’ve found here are what continues to draw us in.
