Music from St. Mark's presents: Evensong + UTSA Guitar Ensemble

The afternoon begins at 3:30 pm with a recital by the UTSA Guitar Ensemble. They will present a varied program mostly of living composers. Graduate and undergraduate students participate in this ensemble directed by Professor Alejandro Montiel. Choral Evensong at 4:00 pm, sung by the St. Mark’s Choir, includes Herbert Howell’s Gloucester Evening Canticles, Anton Bruckner’s Os justi, Bernard Rose’s Responses in A, and Eleanor Daley’s Come, renew us. A reception follows and all are welcome.
